I went there for a tire change by appointment. The service was very friendly and competent, the wait was short, and they offered good coffee. The price was reasonable, including a 6-point check, and they even vacuumed the interior. They always recommend having the lug nuts retorqued for free, which I took advantage of the next day. Again, I walked in without an appointment, there was no wait, and I had a friendly chat. I'll gladly come back! 👍

While passing through, I had a problem with the trunk lock. Mr. Aslan immediately took a look, ordered the replacement part, and carried out the repair. I received courteous, prompt, competent, and incredibly friendly service, even though it was very busy and I'm not a regular customer. This garage is highly recommended in every respect. Many thanks again to Mr. Aslan and his team.

My verdict: Recommended Would I return: Yes The cost estimate was carefully reviewed, point by point, and services were recommended but not pushed. The service is friendly, the environment is clean. The cost estimate was adhered to, and the car was handed over to me on time, as agreed.

Top-notch workshop and qualified staff +++ I always enjoy going there; I get excellent advice. They always openly discuss what's possible and what's not. They don't suggest or recommend unnecessary work or parts. Excellent service, performance, quality, and prices – keep it up!

Top workshop: I took my Audi A3 here to have the brake pads and discs replaced, and the price/performance ratio was excellent. The customer service was great. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Excellent workshop. I had severe rust on the parts that needed replacing, but it was so badly rusted that the only option was to remove the old parts and install new ones. However, this is where the huge problem arose: Opel no longer manufactured the part, and it was unavailable for purchase. The guys at the workshop managed to find a top-quality used part at a great price and, most importantly, very quickly! Overall, highly recommended! Excellent value for money! Thanks again!

The post office branch inside the Löwe car dealership is very nicely done. They have greeting cards, sweets, cold drinks, cigarettes, and much more. I was served by a very friendly and polite young man when I picked up my package. Thank you.

This workshop is so great. I was able to come in before closing time. I was just passing through, and my door wouldn't close. With some skillful work and a little grease, everything was working again. Great team, great work...thanks for the spontaneous support.

Our exhaust cracked during the drive. After trying to get it temporarily repaired, and after many other rejections, we finally reached the friendly gentleman at Löwe Garage. He gave us instructions over the phone, arrived within 15 minutes, arranged safe transport to the garage, and repaired the damage properly, allowing us to complete our 300 km journey home. We would like to thank him again most sincerely. We highly recommend this garage.
